  • Experience

    My interest in the fitness industry began in 2010 when I started Pole Fitness classes. This hobby quickly turned into a passion, which inspired me to be in peak physical condition so I started working out in the gym 5 days a week.

    In 2016 and 2017 I competed in a number of Body Sculpting Competitions including AWNBS, ANB & INBA coming home with multiple trophies and an invitation to AWNBS Nationals.

    Pole Fitness continues to be my passion and this coupled with functional training and yoga allow my body to be strong, flexible and restored all the time.

    I like my clients to be having fun while they are working out and encourage them to enjoy the ride that is their fitness journey. I want to help them reach their goals by using a holistic and balanced approach that suits their lifestyle. I strive to bring the confidence out in people and and ensure they leave the gym feeling awesome and one step closer to their dreams.
