Mitchell Lippiatt

Performance Coach

Throughout my whole life I have been surrounded by fitness and competition. Growing up in a very large family where we were always playing sport, adventuring, or getting active in some way, my family encouraged sports and health which has influenced me into sport and fitness related endeavours throughout much of my life. Working as a Butcher full time in the country, I saw firsthand how important being readily fit is, and how absent it was in so many people’s lives. This led to my career change to Personal Training in 2015, I have been helping encourage individuals to a more active and healthier lifestyle ever since. Furthering my own fitness and health knowledge along the way.
