I have a strong passion and interest in education and health and through the JD Academy I hope to bridge the gap between these two key areas. Fitness & Wellness through Education. I provide both Exercise Physiology & Performance Coaching services as well as restorative expertise and guidance, with the opportunity to have  restorative practices offered at Function Well to be programmed into your routine.

    • Certificate II in Sport & Recreation (coaching)
    • Technogym Education Specialist
    • 2nd Dan Black Belt Shotokan Karate
  • Experience

    Currently practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) & Studying a Masters degree in Education. I deliver a holistic approach to fitness and wellness through evidence based programming and rehabilitation but also through providing you with the education and tools needed to achieve great results and Function Well.

    Graduating in 2019 with 800 hours of clinical practical experience in fitness programming and testing both healthy and clinical individuals. I also have a background within karate, starting at the age of 7 and progressing through the ranks to become an instructor at the age of 15 and achieving a 2nd Dan black belt 2 years later. Running classes for all age groups from 5 to 80.
