I have over 10 years experience with boxing and playing football professionally. Over this time I have developed a passion for also helping others achieve their best physical and mental self through movement and training.

With an extensive history in professional football (soccer), I’ve had the privilege of training with, and learning from many world-class high-performance coaches. Taking on everything I have learned, I have been able to refine my craft and pass this onto others on how to effectively move their body to achieve their fitness goals.
To complement my football pursuits, I simultaneously took up boxing 10+ years ago to improve my game and have fell in love with the sport completely. I have been pad holding and coaching private and group boxing sessions for a few years now and am passionate about helping others build skills in the sweet science.
I pride myself on my ability to adapt to anyone in their fitness journey, though I specialise in helping athletes and high performers (both past and present) get to, or get back to the best version of themselves.
