I grew up in country Victoria and moved to Melbourne to study IT. I had a career change after a few years as a Systems Engineer and fell in love with the health and fitness industry. I’ve spent 8+ years now as Coach and am furthering my knowledge currently studying Naturopathy. Over the years i’ve delved deep into research and been mentored by brilliant people to find the most cutting-edge methods to ensure a return on my client’s investments. Knowledge in power!

    I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 8+ years and have trained all kinds of people. I work a lot with corporate clientele who can’t control their weight, trained bodybuilders to get on stage in peak condition or people who need rapid weight loss for a wedding or big event. I typically like to transform beginners into advanced athletes within 24 weeks. In saying that, I work with a variety of clientele who want results.

    Unfortunately, there is no magic pill we can take. It really comes down to have having a tailored health program which must be individualised. Everyone is different and will get slower/faster results based on certain circumstances. Having commitment, dedication, accountability, and consistency trumps genetics. And, it’s what gets you results.
