I spent my formative years in rural Victoria and relocated to Melbourne to pursue a degree in IT. After working as a Systems Engineer for a while, I underwent a career shift, discovering my passion for the health and fitness sector. With over a decade of coaching experience, I was driven to expand my knowledge of aiding people, prompting me to pursue a degree and ultimately become a Naturopath. Throughout my journey, I’ve immersed myself in research and received guidance from exceptional mentors, allowing me to adopt the latest and most effective methods to ensure valuable returns for my clients.
