Our weekly Weightlifting Club is for the beginner to experienced lifter looking to take their lifting to the next level. Weightlifting provides a huge stimulus for the body, creating strength, body composition and neurological benefits.

The benefits are hugely rewarding, but lifting movements cannot be self-learnt. Due to their complexity, they require coaching from a qualified Weight Lifting Coach—we’re lucky to have a few in-house at Function Well Athletic Zone.
