I am a passionate, highly self motivated individual who likes to work hard, motivate others and help others achieve their goals.

I’m a Personal Trainer and Pilates Specialist with over 11 years experience in the fitness industry. I grew up in Sydney and moved to Brisbane in 2021. I’m passionate, highly self motivated, and I Iove to motivate people to help achieve their goals.

I became interested in health and fitness during my late teens, I was involved in Kickboxing, running, Pilates and strength training. I was instantly hooked by the physical and mental benefits exercise had on my body and mind.

In 2006 I started practicing Pilates for stress relief and was instantly hooked. 2006 was also the year I fractured my lower back whilst working in the stunt team at a Summer Camp in California. To this day I still find it a huge coincidence that Pilates was introduced to me only 6 months prior to my accident. After returning to Sydney I commence bi-weekly Rehabilitation Pilates sessions. Within 12 months I had returned to running and completed my first half marathon. My goal was achieved by pure determination and commitment.

In 2009 I completed my Commerce Marketing Degree, after working in the corporate world for 3 years I had a deep burning desire to help people and wanted to give others the gift of health and fitness, that’s when I took a leap of faith and followed my heart to make the transition to full time personal training and group fitness. I know this is my calling in life!

  • Experience

    From my early 20’s I started teaching kickboxing foundations at a gym in Sydney, from there I went on to work at various gyms such as Virgin Active, UFC Gym, Hard Candy Fitness, Elixr Health Clubs and other small local pilates studios.

    My passions have included powerlifting, strength training, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Running and Pilates. I have travelled to Thailand numerous times to train at Muay Thai camps in Koh Samui and Phuket. I have competed in Muay Thai, Powerlifting and 2 x Half marathons.

    I’ve been involved in various corporate wellness programs for Munich RE Sydney, Vinva Investments Sydney, Commonwealth Bank Sydney, Shore School Sydney and Foxtel Media Brisbane.

    My goal is to empower people to live happier and healthier lives, move better, feel stronger mentally and physically, lose weight and get more out of life through exercise and better food choices.

    I design exercise programs specifically catered to each individual clients’ needs and goals. I take my time to ensure correct form, technique and knowledge is part of the client learning experience.
