Experience
I played Water Polo for Australia for many years before finding Crossfit. I have now been a Crossfit Coach for 10 years and love every second of it. I have been competing in Crossfit for 8 years, during which time I also partook at Nationals weightlifting (placing 3rd). I was also lucky enough to be a gymnastics coach for a group called HangStrong where we ran workshops and programs which included specific drills designed to help athletes improve their bodyweight gymnastics skills.
Coaching Philosophy
I love helping people achieve something they didn’t think possible. I want to get to know you and what your goals are and help you achieve them. I place a lot of importance on performing movements correctly and efficiently before adding load/intensity. And I want to make sure you have the best hour of your day when you step inside that gym, I want you to feel at home.
