Movement is magic! Having lived a part of my life as a Financial Auditor with a big 4 Accounting firm, I know how much the modern desk bound sedentary lifestyle can impact our physical and mental wellbeing. That is why, my goal, is to help a thousand people (update: so far between two to four hundreds) become the healthiest, strongest, and happiest versions of themselves through what I know best! I strongly believe that an optimal state of being begins, not just at the gym, but also outside. In today’s busy, time poor society, you need an all-in, holistic approach towards your health that will ensure you are ready to face all what life brings.

In my 3+ years as a Performance Coach, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of people ranging from teenagers to older population adults, middle aged men and women, office workers, amateur sports personnel as well as long distance runners. Through a combination of strength and conditioning, mobility, and movement, I have helped people with varying fitness levels and injuries become their healthiest, strongest, and happiest versions of themselves, so far.
My personal coaching philosophy centres around the 7 primal movement patterns (push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, rotate and gait). I believe we should be training movement patterns, not muscle groups, to achieve an optimal healthy body that is flexible, balanced, strong and pain free.
Overall, I want to promote a lifestyle where everyone mandates daily consistent movement. A holistic lifestyle where its not all about only achieving results at the gym or spending countless hours there but optimising the quality of – your thoughts and beliefs, the foods that you eat and your physical and mental recovery.
