With 3 x Saturday sessions at 6am on the 2nd, 13th and 30th October.
I understand each individuals goals and lifestyle will look different and that its not a ‘one size fits all’ approach – I look forward to educating and implementing maintainable practices that will optimise your overall health and see you happier, stronger & on track to reaching your goals long after the challenge is complete.
With a focus on safety and technique; learn new skills on the gym floor, enhance your social life with weekly outdoor bootcamps and be held accountable for your progress over the 6 weeks with face to face and online check ins.
