Recording your starting point and tracking your progress is crucial to measuring and recognising your achievements. Throughout the 6 weeks you will have a series of benchmark exercises to undertake with a coach and record your results, these will be repeated twice throughout the 6 weeks so you can see the gains you’re making and goals you’re smashing.

Through measuring what you wish to change you can find your strengths and seek out your weaknesses to identify what you enjoy and what needs a bit more work. 

By doing this you can develop a level of strength, fitness and holistic wellbeing that impacts greatly your day-to-day performance in and out of the gym, and sets you up with habits to last a lifetime.
