Our success is built on passion and purpose
My aim is to provide my clients with education in the areas of functional training and nutrition. I believe that once I give my client’s the right tools within these areas they can take charge of their own health and fitness goals.
I believe being fit and healthy doesn’t have to be a tug-of-war with other areas of daily life; rather, health and fitness can positively contribute to work, productivity, stress, relationships and general wellbeing.
My philosophy is to create balance. Train smart and fuel the body with balanced nutrition to improving your health and wellbeing. It does take commitment and sacrifice, but it can be done even with the busiest of lifestyles – it’s all about balance. With the right coaching you can achieve anything.
I have always had a passion for health & fitness and from my experience of leading troops through challenging conditions, I know what hard work is.
JP has always been instrumental in motivating me to achieve my personal goals through a variety of different, fun & interesting training programs over the years.
Every person is unique and different from others so one way may not work for everyone. It’s all about experimenting and finding what works for you.

It is so great when clients come to me with a lack of self belief, and through training I witness them become inspired by their own results and empowered by their further potential.
One of the philosophies that I coach by is the concept of “Kaizen”, a Japanese saying meaning “constant and never ending improvement”. If you constantly and consistently make small, incremental improvements to your lifestyle, nutrition and your training then ultimately the greatest results will be achieved.
