I moved to Brisbane at the beginning of 2022 for university and am currently study full-time; thus, I enjoy breaking-up study with training sessions. Outside of training I enjoy hiking, camping, visiting the beach, trying new things and reading.

Experience
I was first introduced to CrossFit in high-school and began participating in classes occasionally, but mainly focused on various team sports. In 2021, I became a regular and loved the community, competition and support in CrossFit. I enjoy continuously striving for improvement and helping others do the same.
Philosophy
Many people are intimidated by the CrossFit sport; however, often after joining and experiencing the community and support, will find that it truly is a sport for everyone of all age groups, experience and abilities.
The role of a coach is to encourage new members and support them to achieve their next goal; whilst also helping those more advanced to strive for improvement in any area. CrossFit is infinitely scalable to suit individual needs and coaches are here to help guide you and introduce/expand your love for the sport as well.
