I’ve recently moved to Australia from the United States.

More often than not, you’ll find me in gyms, a space I consider my second home. My life revolves around breathing, bleeding, and living health and fitness. I’m a firm believer that our bodies are the meat vehicles for this journey called life, and since we get only one, why not supercharge it to push 1,000+ horsepower? Treat your body like the priceless machine it is – daily training, top-notch fuel, and regular maintenance.

    My journey in CrossFit kicked off in 2015, evolving into a coaching adventure in 2019. With coaching stints at four different gyms, each experience has been a stepping stone toward bigger and better opportunities.

    I earned my CrossFit Level 1 in the vibrant city of Soul, South Korea, and continued to enhance my skills with a CrossFit Level 2 certification in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Now, my sights are set on achieving the CrossFit Level 3 in Australia. Over the past five years, I’ve proudly coached over 1,000 athletes, finding joy in helping others discover their strength and potential.

  • Philosophy

    For me, training is non-negotiable. Regardless of how you feel, showing up – flaws and all – is the first step. It’s not about the weight lifted; it’s about discovering strength within. The benefits extend beyond the physical – mind, body, and soul all experience transformation. Your physique is a direct reflection of your mental discipline and commitment. I live by the mantra of discipline over motivation, recognising that true strength lies in enduring life’s struggles. Life throws unchosen suffering our way, and the key is to prepare with chosen suffering—embracing challenges that forge us into resilient, stronger individuals.
