I have always had a passion for health & fitness & challenging the body & mind to achieve my goals in life. My background is 11 years of training under some of the best strength & conditioning coaches in Australia. I have played over 50 NRL games with the Parramatta Eels & North Queensland Cowboys. The experience I have gained over my years as a professional athlete is invaluable for me now as a Personal Trainer. I have now been a trainer for over nine years & really love helping people adapt a healthier lifestyle, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve their health & fitness goals.
My philosophy is being ‘healthy’ is more than just going for a walk each day – don’t get me wrong that is better than doing nothing but if you truly want to improve your health & wellbeing you must be prepared to change your eating habits, drink lots of water & do resistance work. Weights are imperative for all populations to be doing. But most importantly you must enjoy it & have fun!
