What is EST training?

Energy System Training sessions are carefully programmed workouts designed to target specific energy systems. The high intensity (HIIT) workouts vary from long sustained aerobic efforts, max effort sprint intervals and everything in between. EST’s focus on Energy System Development encourages work in specific heart rate and energy zones to help you get the most out of each workout and see your fitness skyrocket!

What Are The Benefits of EST?

It’s Efficient

If your goal is to squeeze in a workout that will give you the best results in the shortest time possible, then n EST class is the workout for you. Go all-out for short durations, then recover and repeat.

Burn fat faster

Thanks to excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) after an EST workout your oxygen consumption has increased in such a way that you burn fat 9x faster. EST workouts boost your metabolism and you can burn up to 50% more fat than a regular steady-state cardio workout.

No Experience Needed

The beauty of EST workouts is that their intensity is scalable based on fitness level. Beginners can walk in and get a great workout from an EST session, or more experienced athletes can push their capacity by doing the same workout with higher reps and faster movements.
