Would you drink a sea moss smoothie? Sea moss might not be the first thing you crave after a workout, but trust us, it just might become your new go-to. This smoothie is packed with powerhouse ingredients like sea moss, blue spirulina, and creamy coconut yoghurt, the Blue Glow Smoothie is more than just a pretty blend. It’s a refreshing, nutrient-dense reward for your body, and it turned heads (and taste buds) at our recent community event.
After an energising 30-minute run and stretch session led by Function Well’s very own Dan, the crowd headed upstairs to refuel with a KAILO x Nature’s Farmer Sea Blue Glow smoothie last weekend, served up by Brisbane favourite cafe Freddie’s. With feel-good music from Bar Technicality, great energy, and even better company, it was a morning to remember.
