Makes: 18 bites Dietary: Gluten-free | No added sugar*

Ingredients

· 50g (~1.5 serves) KAILO Nutrition Plant Well Mango

· 2 cups high-protein Greek yoghurt, or yoghurt of choice

· 1 cup strawberries, diced

· ½ cup blueberries, halved

· ½ cup raspberries, halved

· 150g dark chocolate, melted

· ⅓ cup coconut oil

· 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method

1. Make the yoghurt mixture: Add the yoghurt and Plant Well Mango Berry to a bowl and stir until smooth and well combined.

2. Add the berries: Gently fold through the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

3. Shape and freeze: Line a tray with baking paper. Spoon the mixture into approximately 5cm rounds and freeze for 1–2 hours, or until firm.

4. Prepare the chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over the stovetop. Stir through the coconut oil until smooth.

5. Dip: Remove the frozen yoghurt bites from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate until coated. Place back onto the lined tray and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.

6. Set: Return to the freezer for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

7. Enjoy: Allow the bites to soften slightly before eating. Store any extras in an airtight container in the freezer.
