Ingredients

1 serving size Vanilla Chai Look Well⁠
1 & 3/4 cup almond flour⁠
1 tablespoon coconut sugar⁠
1/4 teaspoon salt⁠
1 teaspoon cinnamon⁠
1 teaspoon baking powder⁠
2 large bananas⁠
2 large eggs/flax eggs⁠
1/2 cup coconut oil⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
1/2 cup dark/semi-chocolate chips (optional)⁠

Method⁠

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F⁠
Add all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.⁠
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas until a smooth or close-to-smooth consistency is reached.⁠
Add all wet ingredients to the bow with the mashed bananas.⁠
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until combined.⁠
Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and spoon banana bread batter into the lined tin.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. Test by poking loaf with a knife and it is ready if the knife comes out clean.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
