Improved Muscular Endurance
The programming of FW Strength focusses on Time Under Tension (TUT) in order to promote an increase in working capacity in the working muscle groups aswell as increased cardiorespiratory capacity. This increase in capacity (ability to work for longer) aids our day to day energy levelsĀ and also translates directly to increased performance in any arduous physical task.
Weight training is scalable
All Strength classes are scalable, which means anyone of any skill level or strength can get involved. Our trainers will work with you to identify what weights you should use for different movements to get the best workout. All classes are programmed through Beyond the Whiteboard in four week rotations so you can see and feel improvement each week.
