I started CrossFit when I was 13 years old and have been coaching for 3 years. I started coaching when I realised I was spending a lot of my time in the gym helping people with their technique and making workouts for them as CrossFit was a new concept to many in my previous gym. I started coaching technique classes and have evolved into CrossFit as well as many other types of fitness classes including hiit and boxing. I have coached in many different gyms and helped people from all different levels from beginner all the way to competitive athetise. I also competed at the CrossFit games twice for the teens division and I’m currently working towards a third appearance in the open mens division.
I enjoy helping people start out and learn the very technical movements of CrossFit as I know it can be frightening when joining up. The best part about coaching CrossFit is getting members to sign up to competitions and help them crush their goals. I generally like helping members compete as it can more exciting to their CrossFit journey and I can also contribute a lot towards their competitive path.
