Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness
I started CrossFit when I was 13 years old and have been coaching for over 3 years.
I began coaching when I realized I was spending a lot of my time in the gym helping people with their technique and creating workouts for them, as CrossFit was a new concept to many in my previous gym.
I initially started coaching technique classes and have since expanded into coaching CrossFit, as well as many other types of fitness classes including HIIT and boxing.
I have coached in many different gyms and have helped people at all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes.
Additionally, I have competed at the CrossFit Games twice in the teens division and am currently working towards a third appearance in the Men’s Open division.
I enjoy helping people start out and learn the very technical movements of CrossFit, as I know it can be frightening when joining. The best part about coaching CrossFit is getting members to sign up for competitions and helping them crush their goals. I genuinely like helping members compete because it can add more excitement to their CrossFit journey, and I can also contribute a lot to their competitive path.
