Experience
Since the age of 18, I’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse array of individuals as a Personal Trainer. My journey began after graduating from university in 2005. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide spectrum of clients, honing my skills in areas ranging from strength and conditioning to nutrition.
This experience has enabled me to specialize in assisting women with various goals, including weight loss, improved mobility, muscle gains, enhanced strength, mental well-being, and better nutritional habits. I have gained deep insights into the challenges they face, such as body image issues, emotional eating patterns, hormonal fluctuations, the cycle of yo-yo dieting, and negative self-talk.
Philosophy
My work with my clients is 100% educational, and my goal is to help them learn the best possible techniques to prevent injury and develop good habits that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
My greatest joy comes from seeing my female clients being confident, forming habits that they can incorporate into their routines effortlessly.
