  • Experience

    I began my career in coaching as a CrossFit trainer in my teenage years. I have since expanded my knowledge by completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. I currently work as an Exercise Physiologist where my main focus is on musculoskeletal rehabilitation. However, I do enjoy working with a range of conditions, age groups and abilities. I have had the opportunity to work with high level athletes and meet some pretty cool people. I aim to apply my knowledge to help members understand the importance of technique and how exercise can benefit them.

    I place a large emphasis on creating a welcoming environment, where people come to have the best hour of their day. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is so inclusive – no matter your skill or fitness level, I make time to make sure that you are having the best class experience.
