    • Currently studying Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology
  • Experience

    I’ve been a CrossFit coach for 2 years. I have worked at a number of CrossFit and Functional
    Fitness gyms in Brisbane and have trained clients aged 5-70 years old.
    I have been doing CrossFit since I was 16 and have been lifting weights since I was 13. I’ve
    been exposed to the fitness industry for a large part of my life and place importance on
    good mechanics and community.

  • Coaching Philosophy

    I place great value in knowing someone’s name when they walk in the door and creating a
    welcoming environment for them to have the best hour of their day. I am passionate about
    applying my knowledge to help people to move better, get stronger, get fitter and gain
    confidence inside and outside the gym.
