With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Helen Jordan-Hawkins is passionate about helping women unlock their physical and mental potential through movement. Originally from Sydney and now based in Brisbane, Helen blends a strong background in Personal Training, Pilates, and Strength Training to deliver a deeply personalised coaching experience.

Helen’s journey into fitness began in her late teens through kickboxing, running, Pilates & strength training. After overcoming a serious back injury, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of rehabilitation and resilience, fueling her passion to guide others through their own health journey.

She holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, STOTT and Elixr Pilates clinical certifications & advanced education in strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, injury prevention & management and now deeply invested in education around peri – post menopause.

Helen has built her career working at leading facilities such as Function Well, Virgin Active, UFC Gym, Hard Candy Fitness, and corporate wellness programs.

Helen has a strong and growing specialisation in supporting women aged 35 +, particularly those navigating peri-menopause and menopause. She is currently undertaking advanced study in exercise prescription and nutrition for women in peri-menopause and menopause, ensuring her clients benefit from the latest evidence-based strategies for hormone health, strength maintenance, bone density support, and sustainable body composition changes. Helen also has experience working with clients on GLP-1 Medication, helping them adapt their fitness plans safely and effectively as they manage medication-driven changes.

Her coaching philosophy centers around empowerment, education, and sustainable results. Helen designs every program around the client’s individual needs, with a focus on movement quality, strength, injury prevention, and building confidence at every life stage
