Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.

  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Sports Nutrition Certificate

Experience:

My road to where I am today has been anything but linear. Before fitness became my life’s work, I was a newsreader and producer in radio, and I travelled the world working with fashion brands. Life took me in directions I never expected, and becoming a mother to my two girls changed everything. I went back to study, earned my Cert III and IV in Fitness Training and Sports Nutrition, and never looked back.

For over 10 years now, I’ve had the privilege of working with women of all ages across strength training, hybrid programming, Pilates, and group training. I’ve taken that passion beyond the gym floor: starting my own fitness app, speaking at fitness expos, guesting on national podcasts, traveling across the globe to run a marathon for Movember, hosting wellness retreats, starting a run club for mums and proudly partnering with brands I genuinely love, including Lululemon and LSKD. But at the heart of all of it is something deeply personal. Fitness carried me through my own postpartum depression – it helped me find my strength again, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It changed my life, and that experience lives in everything I do.

I understand this journey because I am living it. My dedication to women’s health and fitness through movement and connection isn’t just what I do –  it’s who I am

Philosophy:

I believe every woman has more strength inside her than she realises – she just needs the right space, support, and someone in her corner telling her she can. That’s what I’m here for. My answer to every woman who walks through my door is always the same: yes, you can. Because the most meaningful transformations don’t come from what already feels easy; they come from the moment you push through what you once thought was impossible.
