Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, from busy professionals juggling work and family to people recovering from injury or rebuilding confidence in their body after time away.

I’ve helped clients overcome injuries, chronic pain, and movement limitations to come back stronger than ever.
