- Strength System International Certification (Clean Health) – in progress
Experience:
I’ve spent 19 years in the fitness industry, with the past 15 at Function Well, as one of the key Group Fitness Coordinators. Over that time, I’ve worked across small group, large group and corporate training environments, giving me experience with a wide range of clients, goals and fitness levels. I’m passionate about creating sessions that are engaging, fun and something people genuinely look forward to, the best part of their day, while still delivering real results.
Philosophy:
My philosophy around training is deeply personal. Having overcome both physical and mental challenges, I understand firsthand how powerful movement can be, not just for the body, but for the mind. For me, fitness is more than just exercise, it’s an outlet, a reset, and a form of therapy. I truly believe that movement is medicine, and when approached with the right mindset, it has the ability to completely change your life. That’s what drives me, helping others experience that same transformation and create lasting, positive change in their own lives.
