Experience:
I bring over 14 years of training experience, beginning with a strong foundation in powerlifting and strength training before progressing into bodybuilding. Throughout this journey, I have been coached by two Australian IFBB Professional Bodybuilders, which has provided me with valuable insights into advanced training methodologies and competition preparation. I have also competed in a bodybuilding competition, gaining firsthand experience and practical knowledge that I apply in my coaching.
In addition to my fitness background, I have served for over three years in the Army Reserves, where I developed a deeper understanding of the physical and mental conditioning required to perform at a high level. This experience has strengthened my approach to discipline, resilience, and structured training.
I have over 12 months of experience as a personal trainer and am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. I am committed to sharing my knowledge, supporting clients through their journeys, and delivering results through effective, tailored training programs.
Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is centred on sustainability and enjoyment. I believe that when individuals genuinely enjoy both their training and their approach to nutrition, they are far more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term.
I focus on creating engaging, personalised training programs that clients look forward to, while also guiding them to build a balanced relationship with food. Rather than promoting restriction, I educate clients on how to incorporate the foods they enjoy into their nutrition in a way that supports their goals.
