We all start somewhere. Work with what you’ve got, consistently, and your life will improve.

Qualifications:

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness

Experience:

I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of ages and backgrounds – from 15 through to 85. This includes individuals managing injuries and chronic health conditions, where I’ve collaborated closely with physiotherapists to ensure safe and effective training.

I’ve helped people who were initially intimidated by the gym build confidence and develop a genuine sense of belonging in that environment.

Trust is central to how I work. I show up consistently, follow through on what I say, and take a genuine interest in each client’s progress. I have a long-standing interest in exercise science and neuroscience, and I’m committed to continually refining my knowledge and approach.

With a background in powerlifting, I bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to each session – something my clients consistently respond to and enjoy.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is seeing clients improve long-term. It reflects the trust we’ve built, the value they place on the process, as well as their commitment to training.

This is deeply rewarding work, and I take pride in doing it well.

Philosophy:

Positivity, without empty hype.

While achieving physical goals is important, what matters most to me is the shift in how someone views themselves. Watching a client go from anxious or uncertain to confident and engaged in training is the most rewarding part of what I do.

I take my role seriously. Being part of someone’s self-improvement journey is a responsibility, and I approach it with care, consistency, and high standards.
