Experience:
I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry since 2021 as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Weight training is at the core of everything I do whether I’m working with clients just starting out or those training for HYROX, Ultra Marathons, or Ironman’s. Over that time, I’ve built my approach around helping people get real, lasting results and build confidence within themselves. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients across all levels, and no matter where you’re at, I meet you there and help you take the next step with structure, purpose, and clear direction.
My coaching focuses on strength and conditioning, endurance performance, and personalised nutrition to support both training and recovery. I also work closely with women pre, during, and post pregnancy, helping them train safely, feel strong, and stay connected to their bodies through each stage. I take pride in building programs that are specific to you and your goals, while making sure you understand the “why” behind everything you’re doing.
What I enjoy most about what I do is building strong relationships with my clients and watching them achieve things they didn’t think were possible, both physically and mentally.

I believe training should build more than just your body. It should build confidence, resilience, and trust in yourself through a process that feels supportive, not restrictive!
