Hi I’m Coach Mel and i’m so excited to be taking my first team in the Function Well 6 week challenge!
Mel’s small group training will be Tuesday mornings at 6am.
I’ve been a trainer for 5 yrs now and I love coaching people from all walks of life. I believe in listening to your body and being kind to your joints. I’m very patient with beginners but still love to challenge the experienced.
My approach to coaching and life in general is to have fun and surround yourself with a tribe that supports you. I live and breathe the Function Well way and will teach you how to implement the four pillars of Mindset, Nutrition, Movement & Restoration into your daily routine.
We will share this 6 week journey together!
