    Bachelor in Exercise and Movement Science
    Cert III and IV in Fitness
    Cert in Fitness for older Australians
    Current studying Bachelor of Physiotherapy

  • Experience

    I’ve been training at Function Well for the past 6 years, during this time I’ve had the opportunity to help numerous people meet their fitness goals to match their individual motivations and capacities. 

    I focus on training pre and post-pregnancy clients, clients with pre-existing and current injuries and provide injury management programs.

    I have found that those that incorporate and welcome physical activity and fitness into a balanced life have the best results. Therefore, I believe in providing a safe and enjoyable training experience that can be maintained as part of everyday life.
