    I strongly support the CrossFit philosophy that has shaped my understanding that fitness is more complex than just being able to run a marathon or be able to lift heavy. 

    To be truly fit you must have a well-rounded base across all the components of fitness. Consistently combining a variety of weightlifting, gymnastics and mono-structural conditioning (cardio) activities will provide anyone with a high level of balanced fitness.
