Having spent fifteen years as a pilot and later in my career as an international airline captain, I’ve developed a systems and process-based approach to health and fitness. Relentlessly pursuing incremental improvements in physical and cognitive performance as well as optimisation across all areas of daily life, my attention has now turned towards sharing those techniques with clients to achieve optimal health and wellness.
My coaching philosophy is distilled into three major tenets of correct programming, correct execution and accountability.
Performance coaching at Functional Well is a very natural fit for me as I’m a firm proponent of the foundational health pillars of mindset, nutrition, restoration and movement. When respected equally, these factors become synergistic in achieving optimal health and wellness.
By equipping you with the appropriate tools encompassing these four pillars, you will feel empowered to make the required changes and required effort to achieve your unique goals. Additionally, the use of such tools, complemented with my guidance results in an end product which far transcends what initially thought was possible.
