Jack Bannam
Performance Coach
Originally from Far North Queensland, I relocated to the Sunshine Coast in the early 2000s. Growing up, I actively participated in numerous sports, including AFL, cricket, basketball, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. This instilled in me a lifelong passion for movement and performance optimization.
Qualifications
Currently undertaking my Bachelor in Exercise Physiology (graduating 2024)
Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
Strength Systems Certificate
Business DiplomaExperience
I have been training people one-on-one since 2017 and love the constant opportunities it offers to
learn and adapt to new goals, conditions and training methods.
I’ve been very fortunate to have trained a wide variety of people to help them achieve their goals.
From helping Muay Thai fighters stay strong and injury free to fight year round, preparing and
coaching people to step on stage for fitness competitions (yes, with all the tan) to persons of all ages
hitting strength and weight loss goals they once thought were only a dream.
Each one comes with their own unique challenges, ultimately growing my experience and
confidence.
As a result I started my Bachelors of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021 and will finish at the end of
2024.
This degree has been an incredibly satisfying challenge, causing me to grow my skill set even
further.Philosophy
“Be strong”.
The benefits of being strong transcend just lifting heavy things, whether it’s mental strength,
muscular strength or a strong cardiovascular system.
Being strong enhances your quality of life, decreases your risk of injury, and reduces mortality and
helps to maintain independence as you age.
Thus my philosophy is helping you to be strong, in a way that works for you.
