I’m passionate about fitness not just as a way to stay in shape, but to enhance my performance in the sports I love, particularly golf. Training is more than a routine, it’s a chance to challenge myself, improve my strength, flexibility, and agility, and ultimately, take my game and yours to the next level. I believe in enjoying the process of training, finding joy in the small wins, and using every session as an opportunity to get better, both physically and mentally. Whether it’s perfecting my swing or improving my mental health, my focus is always on developing skills that translate directly to improved performance on and off the course.

Experience
With over 11 years of experience as a performance coach, I have had the privilege of training more than 300 clients, helping them achieve their highest potential across a range of disciplines. Among my clients are an alpinist who successfully summited Mount Everest, the Matterhorn and the Eiger, as well as a professional golfer and a state rower.
Philosophy
These achievements of my clients underscore my commitment to tailoring training programs that align with each individual’s goals and needs. I believe that success in fitness is not just about training hard but training smart, which is why I place a strong emphasis on mobility and flexibility to enhance performance and prevent injury. Additionally, I view nutrition as an integral part of achieving lasting results.
I also strongly hold exercise and fitness as a big reason for a positive and healthy mental state.
