I love CrossFit and strength training. I played lots of sports as a kid and did boxing training after leaving school, which led me to become very passionate about health and fitness. I knew then that I wanted to use this passion to change other people’s lives! I have been coaching for 5 years and I love that Function Well share the same beliefs and passions as I do.
I am very interested in strength training, metabolic conditioning and injury rehabilitation, but love helping people no matter what their goals are. I am currently studying Exercise Physiology at QUT, so that I can learn even more about the human body and how to help people further.
The effect that health and fitness can have on a person’s life, both physically and mentally, is amazing. My philosophy lines up with Function Well’s holistic approach to fitness. I strongly believe that being balanced is the only way to create sustainable long-term changes. Everything works in moderation!
I want to help people to achieve their goals and push past their barriers so that they can be the best versions of themselves. Every single person is different, but everyone can benefit from exercise!
