I started CrossFit nearly 10 years ago after running middle-distance track and cross country in high school and university. If I’m not in the gym I’m out swimming, riding or running or halfway up a cliff somewhere. Coaching is something I do purely out of a love for helping people learn and grow and improve their lives through movement.
CrossFit Level 1
I’ve been a CrossFit coach for nearly three years as well as providing powerlifting and Weightlifting programming for individual athletes outside the gym prior to that. I’ve been very lucky to have learned from some of the best coaches and athletes in CrossFit and hope to continue to do so.
I believe with the right coaching, environment and community your gym can be the cornerstone of good health. I am 100% old school Crossfit, constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
This model is infinitely scalable and allows us as a community to be as inclusive as we possibly could be, find a space for people from all walks of life at all points in their fitness journey and grow together.
