    With considerable experience in boxing, I’ve competed in Australia and internationally, developing my skills in various environments and against different opponents. This great exposure has not only sharpened my technical abilities but also deepened my understanding of the discipline and mental resilience required in combat sports. Complementing my boxing career, I’ve spent over 5 years working in the fitness industry, where I’ve applied my knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. This combination of boxing experience and industry expertise allows me to bring a unique, result-driven approach to my coaching.

    My philosophy is based on the core beliefs of movement, mobility, mindfulness, strength and mental resilience as the foundation for self development. Movement and mobility are essential for maintaining a healthy and functional body, allowing us to move freely and perform our best. Strength, both physical and mental, empowers us to push past limitations and overcome challenges. Mindfulness brings awareness to our actions and thoughts, gaining growth and well-being. By pursing mental resilience, we build the capacity to endure and thrive in the face of adversity. Together, these elements guide us on a journey to continuous self-improvement, ultimately leading to the best version of ourselves.
