I’m very excited to be leading a team in Function Well Toombul’s first 6 week challenge. I bring over 8 years experience in the health and fitness industry & been a part of the infamous Function Well challenge many times over.
Lexy will have 2 x weekly 45 minute session on offer:
6:15am Wednesday – Outdoors, location TBC (local)
9:30am Thursday – Strength based at Function Well
We will be covering the 4 pillars of health so you can not only reach your goals but have some lifelong changes that will continue with you.
Our group sessions will have a mixture of strength, conditioning and outdoors. I enjoy teaching people new to training and love challenging those who are more adapt to training. Expect to work hard, have fun, learn a lot…. And get results!!
