Marketing Assistant / Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for someone to join our team in a contractor capacity to assist the Marketing Manager to manage our social media and produce in-house content.

The Position:

  • Manage the Social Media accounts
  • Graphic design production
  • Contractor position, 10-20 hours per week with potential to grow

The Role:

  • Manage presence on social media
  • Creative ideation and production
  • Able to produce and write factual and engaging copy
  • Follow in house SOPs and brand identity
  • Take responsibility for content calendar and have autonomy to spot gaps in content and provide ideas
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on performance and activities
  • Production of posters and screen content relevant to what is happening in-hub
  • Work closely with in-house team to map out and execute social strategies
  • Assist the Marketing manager with small tasks

About You:

  • An interest for holistic fitness and wellness
  • Up to date with social media trends, changes and features
  • Communication Design, Graphic Design or Marketing graduate or in final year of study
  • Great communication skills with the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • An eye for detail with the ability to produce sound technical design that communicates and connects with our audience
