    1. Competition OverviewThe “Function Well and KAILO Giveaway” is a game of skill. Entrants are required to submit a written answer explaining their “why” for wanting to transform their lifestyle. The most compelling entry, as judged by the promoter, will win.

    2. EligibilityThis competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.Employees of Function Well, KAILO, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    3. How to EnterComplete the entry form and provide your written response.Only one entry per person is permitted.

    4. Entry PeriodThe competition commences on 15/2/25 and closes on 31/3/25 at 11:59 PM AEST.Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

    5. Judging Criteria and ProcessThis is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and the persuasiveness of the submission.Judging will take place within five business days after the competition closes.

    6. Prize DetailsThe prize package, valued at over $3,000, includes:“Goop Experience” Ticket to the KAILO Summit (May 1–2, 2025), 3-month lifestyle membership at Function Well, 3-month supply of KAILO nutrition products, 90-minute spa ritual and vitamin therapy session at KAILO Medispa.

    7. Notification of WinnersThe winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the judging.The winner’s name may also be published on the Function Well website, emails and social media channels.

    8. Prize ConditionsThe prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification. If unclaimed, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

    9. Intellectual PropertyBy entering, entrants grant Function Well and KAILO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish their entry for promotional purposes.
