What does CrossFit involve?
A typical CrossFit Newstead class begins with mobility, structural balance and muscular/nervous system activation exercises. Following this could be any combination of Weight Lifting, traditional strength training, gymnastics, interval training, endurance, co-ordination or agility, carefully programmed by our expert coaches.
