Front Desk Concierge – Full Time

Currently scheduled to open April 21, Function Well Toombul will deliver our holistic philosophy, in a new luxe, 5-star facility and fitness experience like never before. We have left no stone unturned to ensure every part of our members journey is world class – The environment is everything when it comes to being fit. Our expert team, the design of our GYM floor, specialised group training rooms, studios and Restoration Zone will be unparalleled.

We are excited to be bringing a new offering to this location with a Refuel Bar providing nutrient dense salads, smoothies and amazing coffee

We are looking for a positive, warm and friendly person to deliver the ultimate customer experience at every turn, ready to come on board early next year.

The Role:

You are the first impression for our guests and valued members, you will provide incredible experiences at every step of their journey.

The way you greet guests and members each day is paramount; a nothing is too much trouble attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond at every opportunity to be the best part of our members day is imperative. 

Assisting members with class bookings and general membership queries, handling complaints and valued feedback, recommendations on our different offerings to best support their wellness, a wiz at making coffee and smoothies via our refuel bar is all in a day’s work. 

About You:
