Currently scheduled to open April 2021, Function Well Toombul will deliver our holistic philosophy, in a new luxe, 5-star facility and fitness experience like never before. We have left no stone unturned to ensure every part of our members journey is world class – The environment is everything when it comes to being fit. Our expert team, the design of our GYM floor, specialised group training rooms, studios and Restoration Zone will be unparalleled.
We are looking for a driven, positive, warm and friendly person to lead the team on delivering the ultimate customer experience and take ownership of the Function Well Toombul Customer Service division.
Looking to start April 2021.

The Role :
Extensive product knowledge of our holistic offering so you can best help prospects and our members along with a desire to create incredible, memorable experiences at every opportunity is paramount.
Getting to know our members and taking a genuine interest in their fitness and wellness goals, event planning and managing in collaboration with Function Well Marketing to foster our community and reinforce the Function Well brand, providing solutions for feedback and complaints and most importantly building long-lasting relationships are the key components of your role.
