Membership Sales Consultant + Customer Service Manager – Full time

at our NEW Toombul Facility

Currently scheduled to open April 21, Function Well Toombul will deliver our holistic philosophy, in a new luxe, 5-star facility and fitness experience like never before. We have left no stone unturned to ensure every part of our members journey is world class – The environment is everything when it comes to being fit. Our expert team, the design of our GYM floor, specialised group training rooms, studios and Restoration Zone will be unparalleled.

We are excited to be bringing a new offering to this location with a Refuel Bar providing nutrient dense salads, smoothies and amazing coffee

We are looking for a driven, positive, warm and friendly person to lead the team on delivering the ultimate customer experience and take ownership of membership sales division. 

Looking to start early 2021.

The Role :

Extensive product knowledge of our holistic offering so you can best help prospects and our members along with a desire to create incredible, memorable experiences at every opportunity is paramount. 

Lead generation, calling prospects, checking in with new members across their first 90 days, activation and events to foster our community, providing solutions for feedback and complaints and most importantly building long-lasting relationships are the key components of your role.
