The Restoration Zone is now in Full Swing
The dedicated yoga studio now boasts multiple classes per day with eight different styles of yoga to choose from on any day of the week. The yoga classes on offer include Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Alignment, Ashtanga, Yin and Yoga for Lifting as well as one weekly Stretch Therapy class.
We also invite all yogis to feel welcome to use the yoga studio in-between classes for your own personal practice. The space is there for you to use to restore and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit and receive the yin you need to achieve balance in your life.
By providing you with a space dedicated to the restorative yin practices of yoga, meditation, sleep and relaxation, you now have access to a range of essential recovery protocols that are a necessary counterpart to any high-intensity yang training you are doing in the gym or through CrossFit, MetCon, Performance Coaching and any of our other high-intensity offerings or training you may be doing.
Restorative yin practices and recovery protocols are vital elements to achieving sustainable health and fitness and we recommend that you utilise the Restoration Zone’s new wellness facilities as part of your regular fitness program to ensure you achieve your personal health and performance goals faster.
