Program of the Month – May

May Program of the Month is brought to you by Performance Coach Brad Munro!

Going on holidays, away for work, can’t get into the gym this week, well this program of the month is for you!

This months program is a great one to save away for when you need a quick session with no equipment. These little circuits can be spontaneous so think outside the square and have fun with them. The idea is to keep the workout to around 30 minutes but if you want to do more or less do so depending on the time and energy you have available.

If you do not know any of the exercises a quick google will give you a video explanation of what you are after.

Options on how these workouts can be completed include:

  • Tabata 20 secs on 20 off x 8, 2 mins off  repeat x5
  • 30 sec on 30 secs off 1 min off
  • 40 sec on 20 sec off
