Legend of the Month – October

Congratulations to our October Legend of the Month – Michaela Kelly-Nixon

I remember sitting down with Michaela in our first session to discuss goals and what she wanted to gain from her training, it was like trying to draw blood from a stone. It was hard to identify the specifics of what she wanted to achieve but I could tell that she was ready to change for the better and that is exactly what she has done! In the short time that I have had the pleasure of coaching Michaela I have seen her take complete ownership of her health and the results speak for themselves.

I would love to take more credit for what Michaela has achieved but it has been her commitment to lifestyle factors outside of our sessions that have made the difference. Consistent strength training, conditioning and diligent dieting have seen Michaela gain 0.5kgs of muscle and drop a massive 10.9kgs of body fat which has drastically improved  her overall health.

What Michaela has been able to achieve in the past 3 months is phenomenal and I couldn’t be more proud to be able to help her on her journey. Time to set some new goals and start smashing them!
