Penny and I have been training together for over 10 years and to see how much she has improved makes me very proud. Penny was someone who wasn’t confident in the gym, with many back issues, and needed my guidance with doing any weights. Pen Pen is constantly working on her weaknesses to improve her wellbeing, and it is great that she is able to do her own weights programs now. Something she has really worked hard to improve over the last couple of months is when life gets really busy she continues her training, doesn’t miss any sessions and treats it as a necessity.
