Myles is seriously invested in improving all aspect of his health and wellbeing. He is consistently training 4-5 times a week and using all of the amazing resources FunctionWell has to offer.
When Myles first started training with me he had just had shoulder surgery and lacked routine to be the best version of himself. Since then he committed to a positive morning routine, physical exercise and the Restoration Zone.
With the goal to build a strong mind and body he is definitely on the right track. His physical strength is constantly improving and through the process he is developing a more resilient mindset.
